The benefits and bonuses Placement Pros provides our contractual employees differentiate us from the rest of the personnel industry. Call any Placement Pros office across the country and you will receive the same exemplary service and dedication to making sure you join the Placement Pros team. Placement Pros is the leader when it comes to benefits for contractual employees. We provide the following to qualifying employees:

Health Insurance

Eligibility for the HMO and PPO plans is the first of the month following 4 consecutive paid weeks of service while working an average of 35 hours per week with Vedior North America. Eligible employees have a choice between the three plans depending on where they live and work. You have 31 days from your eligibility date to make your election. If you do not apply for coverage within 31 days you will not be eligible to apply for coverage again until our open enrollment period, which is the month of December with an effective date of January 1st or within 31 days of a qualifying event, which is considered a birth, marriage, adoption or loss of coverage. If you wait the full 31 days to make your election, your coverage will be effective retroactively to the date in which you were eligible to join. All back premiums will automatically be deducted.

401K and Flexible Spending Accounts

The employee may enroll in the plan by fulfilling the necessary 1,000 of service during any 2,3 or 4 consecutive quarters, be 21 years of age, and by completing the “salary reduction, investment election, employee data and beneficiary designation” forms and by submitting them by the next quarter’s entry date.

Incentive Bonus

For hard work and loyalty, this bonus is available to our employees currently on assignment. The bonus is based on accumulative hours.

Referral Bonus

The best comes from the best! Placement Pros is expanding quickly, and we are constantly looking for good talent. When our employees refer their friends and colleagues, we ask them to make sure that their names are on the application. As soon as the referral completes their first week of work, they receive a cash bonus.

Perfect Attendance Recognition Award

After a full 40 hours or more have been worked in one week, employees may be awarded a gold coin valued at $5.00, which can be redeemed. That’s a potential $260.00 per year for being on time for work! This is one of our many ways of saying “thank you” to our contractual employees for meeting the expectations of our valued clients.

Direct Deposit

Direct deposit is available to our employees. It keeps them on the job and from running to the bank. Any employee, who does not opt for the direct deposit option, can have their checks delivered to the worksite by our staff.
