- A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities
- For each product upon purchase order; establish a team, action items, and timelines
- Deliver status updates to the customer, management, and sales team
- Interface cross-functionally with all departments to drive the PLC process
- Provide leadership, coordination, and management of project resources to support customer product lines
- Provide business data enabling strategic and resource planning
- Collaborate with the customer and provide manufacturability feedback
- Assist in the creation of NPI control plan, PFMEA, and GR&R activities
- Support the pilot line and first run manufacturing process
- Develop and support customer relationships
- Assist with all costing and quoting functions
- Participates in efforts toward improved processes and productivity
- Traveling to supplier and customer locations; up to ten percent
