Responsibilities
Accounting
- Managing the full accounting cycle while making process improvements to accelerate the closing and reconciliation cycles.
- To Include: Compilation of Monthly Operating Report - Financial Metrics & Data.
- Monthly Work in Process Valuation.
- Lean/Continuous Improvement Support.
- Job Costing/Product Line & Customer Profitability Analysis.
- Establish Labor & Variable/Fixed Overhead Rates for Product Costing.
- Ad Hoc Management Reports as Required.
- Special Projects as Required.
- Development, Implementation, and Compliance Monitoring of Policies & Procedures.
- Manage Accounts Payable.
- Manage Accounts Receivable.
- Manage day to day Banking Relationships.
- Manage the relationship with the company’s auditing firm and year-end audit.
- Quarterly State Tax Reporting.
- Manage HR/Payroll.
- To include:
- Affirmative Action Reporting & Compliance
- EEO Reporting Requirements
- Development, Implementation, and Compliance Monitoring of Policies & Procedures
- Employee Maintenance – New Hires & Terminations
- 10 + Years Controller with experience Managing the HR/Payroll function in a manufacturing environment.
- Computer skills: MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Fully Integrated ERP Systems
