Responsibilities
Ensure correct implementation of the rules and employee handbook of the company and support both the NAO HR Manager and Site Manager in order to complete administrative tasks in the position.
Support managers and supervisor to guarantee correct report and accurate control of working hours from the employees
- Processes weekly ZAT payroll; maintains the payroll for MOD and MOI
- Maintains online systems for benefits carriers and reconciles monthly bills and provides report to Accounting.
- Maintains calendar for eligibility and schedules benefits with manager. Enter all information to enroll and disenroll.
- Complete employment verifications as needed
- Maintains employee files in compliance with manager structure and applicable laws
- Maintains vacation log for all hourly and salary employees
- Maintains perfect attendance status for hourly employees, updates absences, and manages people net
- Responsible for assisting in the recruiting process to pre‐ screen and organize interviews
- Complete the full new hire process for new employees
- Assist in processing employee status change forms
- Assist in communicating and posting all company events and activities
- Maintain the manning report and update as it changes in real time
- Complete all reports for the HR board
- Assure that training files are updated regularly
