As a Plant-Wide Equipment Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Operating within a dynamic production environment, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and performing preventive maintenance on a wide range of machinery. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing processes, ultimately supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, inspection, and adjustment of machinery to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with manufacturing equipment and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Utilize hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and repair machinery components.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and operators to prioritize maintenance activities and address equipment issues affecting production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and spare parts inventory.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend modifications to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and safety.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to promote a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
