Responsibilities
- Leading a team of up to 10 maintenance technicians and supervisors.
- Accountable for all spare parts.
- Responsible for the planning and scheduling of downtime and outages (including material and labor).
- Manages and updates SAP information related to maintenance (equipment table, PM task revision).
- Coordinate utilizing outside contractors to supplement the workforce when required.
- Review daily electrical and mechanical equipment inspections to ensure necessary follow-up work orders/requests are created and completed.
